• How often should my dog be groomed?

  Every 4–8 weeks depending on coat type & lifestyle. Regular grooms = happy, healthy pups!

• What's in a Full Haircut?

  Every Full Haircut comes with a bath, conditioner, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning, nail trim & file, plus the haircut style of your choice. No surprise fees—everything's included!

• What's the difference between a Neaten Up and a Full Haircut?

  A Neaten Up is a light trim of the face, feet, and sanitary areas—perfect between grooms. A Full Haircut is head-to-tail styling.

• What if my dog is nervous or doesn't like grooming?

  That's okay! We take it at your dog's pace with patience, treats, and lots of love. Safety and comfort always come first.

• Do you require vaccines?

  We ask that rabies vaccines be current within the last 3 years. Since we're one-on-one mobile grooming, we don't require every vaccine like a salon, but safety is our priority.

• When should I start grooming my puppy?

  As early as 12 weeks (after vaccines) Starting young helps your pup get used to baths, brushes, and nail trims in a stress-free way.

• Does my short-haired dog need a bath?

  Yes! Even short coats collect dirt, dander, and oils. A bath keeps skin healthy and coats shiny, Short-haired pups also tend to shed the most, so regular baths help loosen dead hair and keep shedding under control.
