Do I need to be home when my dog has a mobile grooming appointment?

No. We will contact you via text 3 days in advance with estimated time of arrival. If you won't be home, respond to the reminder text and tell Amanda how to enter your home. Many clients leave keys, garage codes, or use smart home security systems.
What forms of payment are accepted?

Clients can pay cash, check, or credit card. Cash payments receive a 5% discount. New clients paying by check must leave a credit card on file. Invoice is texted 3 days before appointment.
Do I need to be home when my dog has their 1st mobile grooming appointment?

Yes. It's important to Amanda to get to know both human and canine clients. After the first groom it's not necessary for most clients to be home during the grooming appointment.
How will you know when Amanda is on the way in the mobile grooming van?

Amanda will send a text when she is 15-30 minutes away so you know to expect the mobile groom van shortly. Clients also receive a text 3 days in advance with estimated time of arrival.
Why mobile grooming?

Mobile grooming is one on one customized grooming at your doorstep. Avoid stressing your dog by taking them to a busy groom shop. Enjoy peace of mind knowing your dog will be groomed by Amanda in a low stress mobile grooming salon.
Can I cancel my appointment last minute and just immediately reschedule?

We try to accommodate unavoidable emergencies. However the mobile grooming schedule stays very full. Clients are asked to avoid cancelling unless an emergency arises. It may be hard to offer a new appointment immediately.
What is the cancellation policy?

Provide 3 days advance notice to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72-25 hours: $50 charge. Cancellations within 24 hours: full service amount charged.
What does Amanda do if she is sick or equipment breaks down?

If down 1-2 days, Amanda works weekends to catch up. If downtime exceeds 3 days, she contacts all clients and moves appointments back one week. Amanda works hard to maintain health and equipment to avoid unplanned downtime.
