• Bath Package Bath with premium shampoos selected for your dog's skin and coat type, de-shed treatment if needed, hand blow dry and brush, nail trim or file, ear cleaning, paw pad and sanitary trim, anal gland expression by request, signature scent by request.
• Light Trim Package Everything included in the Bath Package, plus light trimming of select areas only. Ideal for dogs who need minor touch-ups without a full haircut.
• Haircut Package Everything included in the Bath Package, plus a full body haircut customized to your dog's breed, coat, and lifestyle.
• De-Shed Treatment For dogs that shed heavily, helps reduce loose fur, minimizing shedding around the house while keeping your dog comfortable.
• Nail Trim or File Trim or file your dog's nails to the perfect length, preventing discomfort and promoting healthy paws.
• Ear Cleaning Ear hygiene including cleaning and removal of wax and debris. Ear plucking available by request for certain breeds.
• Paw Pad and Sanitary Trim Trim the fur around your dog's paw pads and sanitary areas to keep them clean, preventing dirt buildup and reducing matting risk.
• Anal Gland Expression If necessary, provides comfort and prevents discomfort caused by full anal glands. Available by request.

• How does mobile dog grooming work?

  We come to you in our state-of-the-art grooming van! Each van is equipped to provide a luxury spa experience for your pup. By choosing mobile dog grooming, you're providing your dog with the one-on-one, cage-free TLC they deserve without the hustle and bustle of a traditional grooming shop.

• Will I receive appointment reminders?

  You will receive a reminder (via text) a week before an upcoming appointment and a final reminder the day before.

• What happens on the day of the appointment?

  On the day of your appointment, sit back and relax! You'll receive a text when we are on our way to you! We strive to be on time within the one-hour arrival window. If due to unforeseen circumstances we are not going to be on time, we will ensure to notify you via text.

• How long does the appointment take?

  Upon arrival, our groomer will discuss your dog's grooming needs with you. The appointment can take anywhere between 1- 3 hours, depending on the type of dog you have, the coat condition, and the temperament of your dog. During the appointment, our groomer will update you on the progress and any concerns we may have.

• What kind of payments do you accept?

  We accept credit cards only.

• What is your rescheduling/cancellation policy?

  Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of $50. Less than 24 hours is $100.

• Can we have our dog groomed when no one is home?

  We understand our clients lead busy lives and are happy to offer a Key On File service for established clients. Provide instructions for how to access your home, securely confine your dog so we can easily retrieve the dog upon arrival. We will ensure your dog is returned and securely confined after the groom.
