My name is Jenna. Since 2012 I've been providing professional and reliable services that pet owners can count on. With over a decade of experience and training, I understand the expectations of all pet parents- providing real solutions to the most common problems pet owners face. In addition to a life long experience in owning, raising, and loving a wide variety of animals, I've been providing professional and reliable grooming services for the past 9 years. I have also worked in the veterinary field as a groomer and tech for 3 years.

• All natural shampoo, spa facial scrub, and deep coat conditioner
• Hand dried with fresh clean towel and fluff air dryer
• Thorough brush out
• Nails clipped and buffed to a smooth finish
• External anal glands
• Ears cleaned and plucked
• Teeth brushing with breath freshening enzymatic tartar paste, whitening gel, and odor control breath spray
• Paw pads trimmed, rounded, and conditioned
• Aloe coat spray and/or all natural alcohol free cologne/perfume
• Bows/Bandana
• Luxury bath Includes everything on the services list
• Luxury Face, Feet, Sani (Bath + light trim around eyes, feet, and sanitary area) Clean up around the eyes, shave out the paw pads, round the hair on the feet, and clean up where they pee/poo. This is no haircut on the body.
• Luxury Groom (bath + full haircut) The coat will be trimmed or cut as requested. This is an especially important service for those breeds that require regular trimming to keep the coat from matting.

Frequently asked questions

• Parking

  The flattest area possible is best. If you have any questions or concerns about parking please contact in advance. If unable to park in front of your home, clear it with neighbors first. Once parked with pet(s) inside van, unable to stop and move. Any tickets or towing from parking issues are owner's responsibility.

• Appointment reminders

  For appointments booked more than 7 days out, courtesy reminder sent via automated text message system the week of (usually Sunday or Monday). Must confirm appointment when reminder is sent. Without confirmation, appointment will be cancelled. 48 hour cancellation policy applies.

• Puppies

  For puppies with no prior haircut and no tangles/mats, Face, Feet, and Sani recommended to get them used to grooming. May take 2-3 appointments before full haircut possible. Puppy prices may apply and are raised as puppy grows to adult.

• Can I stay with my pet and watch?

  Insurance does not cover if owner is in van. Most pets calmer when they can't see owner. For pet safety, van door must remain locked during grooming. Do not attempt to open door or knock while grooming in progress.

• Can I see the inside of your van?

  Yes, can view images on website and/or ask when making appointment.

• How long does the grooming session take?

  Grooms normally take 1-2 hours unlike storefront salons where pets can be there 3-5 hours. Expedited time due to one-on-one attention. Will notify in advance if groom takes less/more time.

• Do you use our electricity and water?

  Completely self-contained; brings own warm water and uses own inverter/solar power electricity. Only need to use water or electricity in emergency if something stops working.

• What about cats?

  Do baths, baths & haircuts, or nail clipping on cats depending on temperament. Do not sedate cats. If sedation needed, will refer to veterinarian. Cats must be ready in kennel or small room. Owner must provide kennel for safe transportation.

• Cancellation policy/No show/Trip Fees

  Failure to notify 48 hours in advance: $50 cancellation fee per pet. Same day cancellation/no show: full amount/100% of projected grooming total. Deposit may be required based on cancellation history.

• Invoices

  Invoice balances due within 72 hours of service. Late fees minimum 20% of total bill. If not paid within 7 days, future appointments cancelled and filled from waiting list. May refuse invoice as payment method or require deposit.

• Does my dog have to be up to date of vaccinations?

  Pets should be UTD on all vaccinations. Requirements: Proof of at least 2 rounds of puppy shots for pets under 16 weeks old; Proof of current rabies vaccination for any pet over 16 weeks. All cats must be up to date on rabies, no exceptions.

• De-Skunk treatment

  Not an a la carte service; must be purchased with one of the Luxury services. Do not wash pet before appointment. Best if groomer gets them first to apply powder and degreaser. If washed before, oil spreads and makes worse.
