• What Should I Do Before My Pet's Appointment?

  To help your pet feel calm and comfortable during grooming, please take them out for a quick stroll and potty break before the appointment. This small step makes a big difference in creating a smooth, stress-free experience for your pup.

• Do you groom medicated pets?

  Yes, I groom medicated pets! Just let me know what meds they're on.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  I accept cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. If you choose to pay with a credit card, please note that a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.50 will be added to your total.

• Do you require proof of vaccinations?

  Yes, I require proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for all pets that I groom. I also require 48-hour waiting period after the vaccination is administered.

• Need to Cancel/Reschedule?

  Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Your consideration helps keep my small business running smoothly.

• How long does grooming take?

  Appointments usually last 1 to 3 hours depending on your dog's size, breed, coat condition, and behavior. For the safety and quality of your pet's groom, services cannot be rushed.

• What if my dog is anxious or nervous?

  I specialize in gentle, stress-free grooming and use calming techniques to help your pup feel comfortable. I take my time and adjust to your pet's needs.
