• How often should I bring my pet in for grooming?

  The ideal frequency depends on breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Long-haired breeds (Poodles, Bichons, Shih Tzus) need visits every 4-6 weeks. Short-haired breeds (Labradors, Beagles) need visits every 8-12 weeks. Nail trimming and ear cleaning should be done at least once monthly.

• What exactly does the complete grooming service include?

  Bathing with professional shampoos, drying with low-temperature dryers, brushing and deshedding, haircut or breed trim, nail trimming and filing, ear cleaning and anal gland expression if requested.

• Is the drying process safe, and how do they handle nervous or elderly pets?

  Safety is priority. Low-temperature hand or cabinet dryers with controlled ventilation are used, never heat cages. For nervous pets: positive handling, shorter sessions, calm environment, treats. For senior pets: calm work, minimal standing time, frequent breaks.

• My dog/cat has very matted fur (mats), what options do I have and will this hurt him/her?

  Two options: Manual detangling (viable only for superficial mats, time-consuming and expensive) or sanitary shaving (safest when mats are extensive and close to skin). The option causing least stress and pain is always chosen.

• How much does a complete service cost and why does the price vary?

  Cost varies by pet size/weight, breed and coat type, coat condition, and additional services. Initial quote based on breed and service requested; final price confirmed after assessing pet's fur condition.
