Pet Pedicure's mission is to bring peace of mind, and comfort to pet parents and fur babies across the bluegrass state. We truly believe that by providing safe, effective, in-home nail trimming services for dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets and guinea pigs, we are making a difference for our communities in Kentucky. Frequently asked questions

• Why am I booking a "window" of time instead of a solid appointment time?

  Due to the nature of the mobile business, situations occur that disrupt schedule including traffic, weather, and spending more or less time with older/difficult pets. Pet safety is never compromised by rushing. You will be texted when the team is on the way. Appointment times are estimates.

• I have a scaredy cat…. How will we handle that?

  If your cat is timid and likes to hide, bring them into a room without hiding places (bathroom works great). If your kitty is hiding and not confined before arrival, the appointment may be rescheduled and a travel fee charged to the card on file.

• I'm really good at holding my (insert pet here), can I help you?

  Please DO NOT try to help the team unless they specifically request assistance. The team has experience with most pets. If unable to complete services, you will not be charged.

• Can you work with pets who have had behavior problems in the past?

  You must disclose dangerous or problematic behaviors for safety. The team reserves the right to refuse service or use a muzzle if needed.

• Something came up and I need to cancel or reschedule… what should I do?

  24 hour notice required. Without notice and no emergency, cancellation fee is one half the service price. No-show (team waits 10+ minutes with no response) charged full amount.

• My baby is experiencing fleas or ringworms, what should I do?

  Reschedule for after the issue is resolved. If team arrives and cannot clip due to fleas/ringworm, a late cancellation fee of one half the service price may be charged.
