Hi, I'm Elizabeth. I'm twenty-three years old and I currently call Norfolk, Virginia my home. I started working with animals back in 2021, and I was introduced to the grooming industry. Through the years, as I've grown and learned, I've fallen in love with it and the many dogs I've had the pleasure of working with. I always dreamed of making my own way in the grooming world and I am so thankful to finally have the ability to do so.

• CANCELLATIONS

  If you need to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice via phone at (757)-354-1127.

• MATTING

  When matting occurs, professional opinion is used to decide what is best for the pet. If mats are on majority of body, a shorter length may be necessary for comfortable groom. Options discussed prior to grooming. Extreme matting may incur upcharge.

• BEHAVIOR

  Pets are not pushed past stress threshold for picture perfect results. First priority is safe groom and pet excitement to return. If continuing service is not in pet's best interest, no charge that day and professional recommendation provided.

• INJURY DURING SERVICE

  If pet is injured at groomer's fault, service stops immediately and vet bills are reimbursed. If groom cannot be completed due to injury, no charge that day and options discussed to complete service another time.

• LOVE-YOUR-GROOM GUARANTEE

  If not satisfied with final results, notify within 72 hours. Groomer will schedule free return visit to fix groom.
