Frequently asked questions

• What vaccine requirements do you have?

We require that all pets are UTD on the Rabies vaccine because it is required by law. All equipment is sanitized between pets. We do not accept pets who are displaying symptoms of illness or injury unless cleared by a vet for not being contagious and the pet can be safely groomed.

• Do you groom difficult or aggressive pets?

We will attempt to groom any pet, including pets who have a history of not being able to be groomed. Your pet's and our safety is always number one. We have the right to refuse or cease services for any pet that's exhibiting aggressive behavior or who is in distress. Difficult pets may be charged an additional fee ranging from $15-$50.

• What is your cancellation policy?

Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment is considered a no show and will result in a $25 rebooking fee. If we show up to your house and you have not rescheduled there will be a $50 charge. Repeat no shows may result in our inability to serve you in the future.

• Do you reschedule for inclement weather?

During high winds, storms and freezing temperatures, we may need to reschedule to protect our equipment and for our safety. There will be no fees charged for rescheduling due to inclement weather provided the appointment is rescheduled within 7 days and the request is sent more than an hour prior to your scheduled appointment time.

• How long do grooms take?

Most grooms take 1-2 hours to complete. We will never rush and not all pets take the same amount of time even pets of the same breed. Rates for extra time are $20/15 minutes for Mobile Grooming & $10/15 minutes for One on One Grooming.
