• How do I book? And how far in advance?

  Please fill out a new client inquiry form. We open new availability on a rolling basis and popular days fill quickly. Many clients book several weeks/months in advance, especially for standing appointments.

• How much does mobile grooming cost?

  Pricing is based on your dog's breed, size, coat condition, handling needs, and the services required. Visit the pricing info page for details. To receive a quote for your specific pets please fill out the new client form.

• Do you groom anxious or senior dogs?

  Yes. Mobile grooming is often much less stimulating and stressful than a traditional salon. Our mobile spa is quiet, private, and free from cages, barking dogs, and long waiting times. Senior pets are handled with expert care.

• Do I need to be home for every appointment?

  Only for your first appointment. Once we meet you and your dog/s, many clients choose to leave a key or door code for future appointments.

• Can I stay and watch?

  No, we can't have anyone in the van while we're working. However, if there's something you're curious about seeing, we can record the process so you can see it.

• What kind of shampoo do you use?

  We use a carefully selected range of high-quality, professional grooming products. Every product is chosen for performance, safety, and how it supports healthy skin and coats. We offer fragrance-free options and are happy to use veterinarian-prescribed shampoos.
