Little Munchkins Pet Grooming LLC is a family-run mobile grooming business with an office in Plano, TX. We are a mobile pet grooming company based in Plano, Tx with a grooming van at your service. We park our grooming van in front of your home and groom your pets in our van so you don't have to go anywhere. We are small pet specialists exclusively grooming dogs under 30 pounds. We are leaders in quality pet grooming with the experience to back it up. Our core value is the comfort and safety of your pets.

Services

• Bath/Mini Grooming Package Two baths with eye rinse and face cleaning, biodegradable nontoxic organic shampoo, blow/fluff dry or towel drying, ear cleaning, nail trim, topical anal gland expression, nontoxic cologne spray if desired. On long haired dogs includes any three areas of trimming.
• Full Groom Package Everything in the Bath Package plus a full body haircut.
• Deshedding Package Deshedding shampoo and conditioner to help get out the undercoat and keep shedding to a minimum. Add-on package, additional $10-30.
• Specialty Cuts Haircuts requiring more skills and/or time including Asian Fusion Cuts, Butterfly Cuts, Continental Cuts, Pony Cuts. Only for mild-mannered dogs. Additional $10-75 to package.
• Foot Soak for Pododermatitis Minimum 15-minute Epsom salts foot soak for red, swollen, itchy feet to encourage healing. Additional $25. Can be standalone or add-on service.
• Dead Sea Mineral Mud Bath Massaged into skin after shampoo bath. Conditions skin with valuable minerals, hydrates with 100% Certified Aloe Vera. Exfoliates, deep conditions, rehydrates and rebuilds coat. Additional $10.
• Pawdicure for Dogs Nail trim and dremel to file off sharp edges and paw pad shave with feet trim. $25.
• Bottoms Up Brazilian Booty Shaving of the private areas and around the rump. $20.
• Pelted/Matted/knotted Hair Shave Down Removal Removal of severely pelted, matted or knotted coat. Requires Full-Service Groom package or Shave Down No Bath plus Extra $20-75 depending on difficulty.
• Ultimate Luxury Spa Package Pick 5 services for $25, Pick 4 for $20, or Pick 3 for $15. Includes choice of shampoo, conditioner, nail dremel, enzymatic teeth brushing, aromatherapeutic blueberry facial, mud bath, foot soak, ear flush, or extra brushing.
• Enzymatic Teeth Brushing Included as option in Luxury Spa Packages.

• What should I do to get ready for the appointment?

  Ensure parking spot in front of house on street. Allow 3-hour window including 30 minutes before appointment. Have dog ready and hand to groomer. Have pet potty before appointment. Don't feed large meal 1-2 hours before. Have payment ready after groom. Be home when grooming finishes or arrange pickup.

• Who will book my next appointment? When should I book it?

  Customers must book their own appointments on website booking tab. Call 7pm-9pm if unable to book online. Book 180 days in advance. Book same day as grooming or at least a month before desired date to ensure preferred time and day.

• How long will it take to groom my pet(s)?

  Average haircut time is 1 hour to 1.45 hours. Average bath time is 30 minutes to an hour. Allow 3 hour window including 30 minutes early.

• What kind of pets and age of pets do you groom?

  Dogs maximum 30 pounds. All pets must be tame. Minimum 3 months old with second set of shots. Elderly pets can be groomed unless health at risk requiring vet availability.

• Can you demat my pet?

  Depends on pet tolerance and time required. Will not sacrifice comfort and safety for appearance. Will not demat if takes longer than 15 minutes. Price is $1 per minute.

• Do you accept tips? Is it normal to tip groomers?

  Yes, tips are customary in pet grooming like hair salons and barber shops. Average tips 15-35%. Tips greatly appreciated.

• Do you have a walk-in location?

  No walk-ins. Office space in Plano for office duties only. All business conducted in the field. We come to you.

• Can I use my own shampoo? Is there a discount?

  Yes you can use your own shampoo. No discount from regular prices. Prescription shampoo must have instructions on label or you must tell us how to use it.

• What if I need to cancel my appointment?

  Require 4 days notice to cancel without fee. Cancellations up to 4 days before incur half groom price fee. No-shows 1 day before incur full groom price fee. Must call or text 469-504-4210 to cancel.

• Do you sedate pets or can you do sedated pets?

  Will not sedate pets nor groom pets that have been sedated. Cannot monitor sedated pets. Best to have sedated pets groomed at vet.
