• What is Tracy Pickel LLC's philosophy?

  To offer a stress-free grooming experience for your dog. Safety and comfort are the first priority. The business will not perform any grooming procedure that causes pain or excessive stress.

• What health information should I provide before grooming?

  Please advise of any medical, physical, emotional issues, allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing conditions including prior surgeries, hip or joint issues, warts, moles, ear infections, skin problems, and respiratory issues. Infectious diseases must be reported immediately.

• How are senior dogs and dogs with health issues handled?

  These pets will be groomed for cleanliness and comfort in styles that will not add to their stress. All pets must be able to stand and be stable while standing. If any sign of anxiety, discomfort or distress is shown, the groom will be discontinued immediately.

• What is the cancellation policy?

  48 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to notify 48 hours or more in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee per dog. If the groomer arrives and no one is home, a cancellation fee equal to the total groom cost applies.

• What payment methods are accepted?

  Cash, Debit Card, Bank Transfer (Zelle), Apple Pay, and all major credit cards. Payment is due at completion of the groom. If not received by 5pm on the day of service, a 3% fee will be added daily.

• What vaccinations are required?

  Rabies vaccinations are required by law and must be kept current. Other vaccinations are recommended but not required since dogs are not in contact with other dogs during grooming.
