  Our founder holds a Veterinary Assisting certificate from PIMA Medical Institute and a CVPM designation, with over 15 years of professional pet care experience. We're First Aid trained through the American Red Cross and hold a current Washington State Med Clerks License.

• What Kind Of Pet's Do You Care For?

  We specialize in the expert care of cats and dogs. However, our experienced team is also well-equipped and confident in providing excellent care for a variety of pets, including reptiles, ferrets, rabbits, pocket pets and more.

  We offer a comprehensive range of pet care services including pet sitting, drop-ins, dog walking, and modern mobile grooming services throughout the Tacoma area with essential treatments such as toenail trims, ear cleanings, grooming packages and more.

• How Do I Book Your Services?

  All of our services are booked online through our website or Time to Pet app. New clients can complete registration through our website. With the app, you can easily book, modify, or cancel appointments, message us directly, receive post-visit updates, and make payments.

• Is There A Travel Fee?

  The first 10 miles are included in the visit cost. For each additional mile beyond 10, a fee of $2 per mile applies, and any applicable toll fees will be added.

• What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

  Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the scheduled services.

• Are Vaccines Required?

  Yes. Per Washington State rule, WAC 246-100-197, any owner of a dog, cat, or ferret shall have it vaccinated against rabies and revaccinated following veterinary and vaccine manufacturer instructions.

• Is A Meet & Greet Required?

  Yes, we require a Meet & Greet before any Pet Sitting and Dog Walking service. This session allows us to meet in person, review your pet's routine, and confirm your account details. There is no need for a Meet & Greet prior to mobile care.

• What Is Mobile Grooming?

  Our mobile grooming service offers essential pet care, including toenail trims, ear cleanings, tidy trims, gland expression and more, right from our fully equipped van. We prioritize making pet care as stress-free and convenient as possible.
