We bring the dog grooming spa directly to your doorstep - offering a convenient, personalized experience that puts your pup's comfort first. Unlike traditional salons, our mobile set-up allows for one-on-one attention in a controlled space, right outside your home. We use premium, professional grooming products and tailor their use based on specific needs. Our grooming techniques include gentle hand-drying, personalized haircuts, careful paw-pad and sanitary trims and coat maintenance based on your dog's breed, coat type, and tolerance.

Services

• Spa Premium shampoo and conditioner, super sudser bathing system, berry facial scrub, professional blow dry, brushing (up to 15 mins), teeth brushing, ear cleaning and plucking, nail clipping and filing, nose and paw moisturizer, and fragrance.
• Stay-in-shape trim Full Spa service plus trimming to maintain current length and shape. Includes face, sanitary areas, and paw tidying. Suitable for double coats requiring de-shed and curly coated breeds.
• Full Groom Full Spa services plus all-over body trim at 5/8 inch or shorter. Does not include Doodles or Poodles.
• Specialty Groom Full Spa services plus all-over body trim at length longer than 5/8 inch but no longer than 1 inch. Includes scissor or pattern trims. Suitable for Poodles, Doodles, Schnauzers, Spaniels.
• Introduction to Grooming For puppies not older than 11 weeks and under 25lbs. Includes bath, blow dry, brush out, ear cleaning, face trim, sanitary trim. Not a full haircut.
• Matted Coat Shaving Extra charge for pups needing shaving due to matting. Price depends on severity of matting and size of pup.
• Medicated Bath For pups with skin issues requiring extra time in bath with medicated shampoo.
• Nail Trim & Grind Included in full spa grooming package. Fee applies when requested as standalone service.
• Expedited Service Appointment before or after hours. Requires 48 hours notice.
• Extra Brushing For pups with heavily tangled or matted coats requiring additional time and care beyond regular brushing.
• Dog Walk Before Groom 15 minute walk around neighborhood before spa session. Helps calm anxious dogs and release energy.

• What areas do you service?

• How does mobile grooming work?

  Book appointment on website, we arrive and park in front of house, knock on door for pet, complete grooming in mobile unit, notify when ready. Can request text instead of knock.

• What products do you use?

  Products distributed by Davis and PetEdge. Customers can advise of veterinarian recommendations or allergies to ensure good grooming experience.

• My pet tends to be nervous, will mobile grooming be a good option for them?

  Yes, mobile grooming is great for nervous pets with fewer distractions. Recommend consistent scheduling, handling practice at home, and optional 15-minute walk before grooming to build trust.

• Why is mobile grooming more expensive?

  Service designed for convenience and personalized care. We come to you, no double trips, no waiting, no kennel time. Premium products, equipment, sanitization after every groom, and basic health upkeep included.

• What are your business hours?

  9am to 6pm central time Monday through Saturday. Closed on Sundays.

• How often should my pet be groomed?

  Depends on breed, size, hair length, lifestyle. Baths: weekly to every 3-6 weeks. Full/Stay-in-Shape: every 4-6 weeks. Max 6 weeks between grooms required. Doodles/Poodles: 3-5 weeks. Shedding breeds: 2-3 weeks.

• Do you groom cats?

  Unfortunately we do not groom cats.

• What payment do you accept?

  Cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

• What vaccines are required?

  Like Texas State law we only require rabies vaccine to be up to date. Exceptions for elderly pets can be made. Proof of rabies vaccine required in intake form.

• Why does it sometimes take long to receive a response?

  For safety while en route and to minimize distractions during grooming, we do not answer calls/texts during grooming hours. All inquiries done via TEXT to keep track of conversation threads.

• Is it ok to bathe my dog at home prior to groom?

  Can bathe at home, but we will re-bathe to ensure proper drying for best groom. We use premium shampoos/conditioners beneficial to assessed coat and skin needs.

• Do you groom Females in Heat?

  Best to wait until heat cycle passes to avoid stress/discomfort. Can accommodate under special circumstances for additional fee with prior notice.

• Why do you need a Credit Card on file?

  Required for cancellations and no-shows. See Terms and Conditions for details.

• Do I have to pay service tax for dog grooming?

  Yes, according to Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, pet grooming and cleaning ARE taxable services including bathing, hair trimming, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning.

• What if I have a Service Dog, do I still need to pay service tax?

  No, if pup is a work animal (service animal) or grooming is medically necessary as part of veterinary services. Accepts valid exemption certificates from clients claiming exemption for work animal.
