• How long does a Full Grooming take?

  A Full Grooming service usually takes between 60 to 120 minutes, depending on the size, breed, coat condition, and your dog's behavior.

• How does your van work? Does it need to connect to my home's electricity or water?

  Our van is fully equipped as a mobile grooming salon. We do not need to connect to your home's electricity or water — we have our own generator, water system, and all the professional tools required.

• Does my dog need to be on a leash when the groomer arrives?

  Yes, we kindly ask that all dogs are on a leash when we arrive. This ensures their safety and makes the hand-off process smoother.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and — if you prefer — payment apps such as Zelle or Venmo.

• Do I need to vaccinate my dog before booking an appointment?

  Yes, up-to-date vaccination records are required. We'll ask for proof before your first appointment.

• Do you accept aggressive or anxious dogs?

  We work with nervous or mildly anxious dogs using patience and care. However, if a dog shows aggressive behavior that puts our team at risk, we reserve the right to refuse the service (a half-service fee will apply).
