She is an enrichment groomer who is CPR & First Aid certified with certificates in advanced understanding of skin and hair, coat types, and proper salon sanitation. She provides professional mobile dog grooming services to keep dogs looking and feeling their best on your schedule, with a particular focus on easing stress for anxious dogs.

• Full Bath Service For dogs who don't require haircutting or those who want a bath in between full haircuts. Includes shampoo, conditioner, towel & blow dry, brush out, nail clipping & buffing, paw pad hydration lotion, ear cleaning.
• Full Bath & Tidy Service For dogs with feathers or fly-aways that need to be trimmed up with scissor work. Includes all bath services plus scissor trimming.
• Full Bath & Haircut Service For dogs who require fur length taken down all over the body. Includes all bath services plus full haircut.
• Nail Painting Optional nail painting service available upon request.
• Teeth Brushing Included in all services; can be requested as part of grooming.
• Ear Cleaning Included in all services.

• What is included in a bath/haircut service?

  All services start with evaluation of skin & coat. Services include shampoo & conditioner, towel & blow dry, brush out, nail clipping & buffing, paw pad hydration lotion, & ear cleaning. Haircut packages include scissor work or full haircut depending on service level.

• Can you explain your pricing?

  All inclusive pricing means full pampering services with right shampoo & conditioner plus several other services at no extra charge, including nail painting, nail art, bows, bowties at request. Prices subject to coat quality, temperament, & flea treatment fees calculated as percentage of base service price.

• What vaccines do I need to have my dog groomed?

  Only rabies vaccine required per Massachusetts Commonwealth law. Electronic photo copy of paperwork must be kept in file. Upload copy when booking online or text prior to appointment. Dogs cannot be groomed same day vaccines given; 24 hours must pass first.

• Is there a limit to the size of dog you accept?

  Yes, 75 pound maximum weight limit.

• Why do you charge a Coat Quality Fee?

  Dogs requiring shave downs due to matting need shaving prior to bath. These grooms take longer & are harder on dog & equipment. De-matting is slow, methodical process requiring more time & patience. If matts too close to skin, shaving is only option to prevent pain.

• Why do you charge a Temperament Fee?

  Dogs with poor table manners are risk to groomer & themselves. They take much more time for safety & retraining. Fee not always permanent; many dogs improve over time. Never rush pup through groom; mental health important as physical health.

• Can you explain your Flea Treatment fee?

  Only for dogs whose owners unaware fleas present prior to booking. Flea bath requires full stop to remainder of day & immediate deep clean sanitization of van to prevent spread. All dogs scheduled after moved to next available appointment slot.

• Do you offer any special shampoos for pets with skin conditions?

  Yes. Evaluate dog's skin & coat needs & use variety of luxury brand & high end quality shampoos & conditioners addressing sensitive, dry, greasy, itchy skin & shedding. Do not allow owner provided or vet prescribed shampoos due to allergic reactions. Will not use human products.

• My dog is on medicine for a current infection, will you still groom them?

  No. Dogs currently receiving medical treatment for ear infections, conjunctivitis, parasitic infections, mange must complete medicine first. Provide date of last dose when booking.

• My dog is currently in heat, is pregnant, or has just had puppies, will you still groom her?

  No. Do not groom females in heat (sanitation issue), pregnant dogs (risk of losing litter), or before newborn pups fully weaned (approximately 8 weeks). At 8 week mark, happy to groom with vet note confirming safety.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  Reschedule or cancel up to full 48 hours prior to appointment time. One day prior results in $35 fee payable before rebooking. Day of appointment cancellation results in FULL charge of service.

• I need to change my appointment, how do I do that?

  Reach out directly via call or text. Booking software does not allow clients to alter appointment date/time once made.

• What is your inclement weather policy?

  Follow two rules: 1) if schools close, so do I. 2) if state of emergency called, must adhere to state law & stay off roads. Immediately notified & given next soonest appointment. Vehicle is rear wheel drive & heavy; safety first.

• What forms of payment do you accept & can I tip you?

  Accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex), debit cards, Apple Pay, & personal checks. Do NOT accept cash for grooming service but can tip this way. Do not use Venmo. Can leave electronic tip when paying via credit card.

• Why can't I pay for the service with cash?

  Carrying lot of cash presents safety concern. Work alone & in event someone approaches van to rob, would lose all revenue. While may seem far fetched, has been known to happen in grooming industry.

• Can I watch you groom my dog?

  Happy to invite to see inside van, but in best interest of pup to reduce distractions. Makes it easier to gain trust & for them to relax.

• Do you offer any discounts for multiple dogs?

  No.
