Frequently asked questions

• What types of dogs do you groom?

I groom all breeds, sizes, puppies 6 months and older and senior dogs.

• Can you groom multiple dogs?

Yes! Whether they prefer to be together in the salon or done individually I am always happy to groom multiple dogs.

• How long does a bath or haircut take?

The grooming time can vary for different reasons including: the dog's weight, age, behavior, and coat type. Additionally, many dogs require breaks throughout the process to keep them comfortable.

• Can I see the inside of the van?

Yes! I welcome you to come inside and see the van either before or after your dog's grooming session.

• Do you work with anxious or elderly dogs?

Yes! I give anxious dogs a slow, gentle introduction and work at their pace. I also work well with senior dogs who may have trouble standing for long periods of time.

• Do I need to be home when you arrive?

For first time clients it is best for you to be home. Once your dog is familiar with me you can provide home access so I come get your dog for grooming.
