• Can I stay with my dog in the grooming van?

  For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot allow pet parents inside the grooming van during appointments. However, we're happy to give you a quick tour beforehand.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance—or no-shows—will be charged the full appointment cost.

• Do you groom large breed dogs?

  Yes, we groom dogs of all sizes. Please provide details during booking.

• How do you handle anxious pets?

  We specialize in stress-free grooming, taking breaks and using gentle techniques for anxious dogs.

• Can I request a specific grooming style for my dog?

  Yes, let us know your preferences during booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate them!

• What happens if my dog has a medical emergency during grooming?

  We will contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your pet to the nearest vet.
