  Mobile dog grooming means a professional groomer comes directly to your home in a fully equipped grooming van. Your dog receives their bath, haircut, nail care, ear cleaning and other grooming services right outside your home.

• Why choose mobile grooming instead of a traditional salon?

  Mobile grooming is convenient for pet parents and calmer for many dogs. Your dog receives one-on-one attention without waiting in a busy salon, sitting near unfamiliar dogs or being placed in a kennel. No driving to/from salon, no long drop-off windows, quieter environment.

• How soon can I get an appointment?

  Appointment availability can vary by season, route and city. Many appointments can be scheduled within a few days, but during busy periods it is best to book one to two weeks in advance.

• How long does a mobile dog grooming appointment take?

  Bath appointments: approximately 35 to 120 minutes. Haircut appointments: approximately 60 to 150 minutes. Dogs with matting, thick undercoats, special handling needs or detailed haircut requests may require additional time.

• Can I stay in the van while my dog is being groomed?

  In most cases, we recommend that owners do not stay inside the van during the grooming session. Many dogs are calmer and more cooperative when they can focus on the groomer without distractions.

• Do you need my water or electricity?

  No. The Spotless Groomers mobile van is completely self-contained with onboard power and a warm water system. We do not need to connect to your home's water or electricity for a standard appointment.

• Can you groom my dog at my office?

  Yes — we can often provide mobile grooming at an office or workplace as long as there is a legal, safe parking space for the grooming van and the location allows the service.

• What products do you use on my dog?

  We use premium, pet-safe shampoos, conditioners and grooming products selected specifically for dogs. If your dog has a specific shampoo recommended by your veterinarian or a product you prefer, let us know before the appointment.

• How often should my dog be groomed?

  Continuously growing coats (Poodles, Doodles, Bichons, Shih Tzus): every 4–6 weeks. Shedding breeds (Golden Retrievers, Labradors, Shepherds, Huskies): every 6–8 weeks. Short-coated breeds: every 8–12 weeks.

• Can I request the same groomer again?

  Whenever scheduling allows, we try to keep dogs with the same groomer. Familiarity helps build trust — especially for anxious dogs, senior dogs or pets with specific handling preferences.

• Can my dog stay with you all day?

  No. Spotless Groomers is a mobile grooming service — not a daycare or boarding facility. Your dog is groomed during their appointment and returned to you when the service is complete.

• Can you groom during hot summer or cold winter weather?

  Yes. The mobile grooming van is climate controlled with both heat and air conditioning, keeping your dog comfortable in all Kansas weather conditions.

  Yes. Additional charges may apply for heavy matting, impacted undercoat, extra-large dogs, special handling needs, or services requiring significantly more time than expected.

  We accept common payment methods including cash, checks and major credit cards. Grooming fees are due at the time of service when the appointment is complete.
