• Full-Service Bath and Haircut Everything in Full-Service Bath & Brush plus an all over haircut. Breed specific trims available. Experienced groomers work with you to find the perfect style for your dog.
• Full-Service Bath and Maintenance Tidy Everything in Full-Service Bath & Brush plus paw pads shaved, sanitary area trimmed, and hand scissoring around feet, mouth and eyes. Great for taming floofy areas between grooms.
• Flea and Pest Treatment All-Natural Citrus-Based treatment that eliminates fleas and pests currently on your pet. Does not prevent future infestations; recommend topical flea and tick medication after treatment.
• Gland Expression External expression of glands only by request. No charge if your pup is unable to have their glands expressed.
• Supple Paws Package 5 minute paw soak with deep cleansing paw fizz tablets, antimicrobial paw & nailbed scrub with 3% chlorhexidine & aloe vera, followed by organic lavender paw balm. Great for red & itchy paws.
• Soothing Mud Bath Treatment Promotes healthy skin and addresses allergies, inflammation, itching, and hot spots using mineral-rich clay, colloidal oatmeal, organic aloe vera, green tea, lavender, and witch hazel.
• Two-Step Dental Treatment Specialized dental gel to brush teeth and break down plaque, tartar, and bacteria, followed by oral care breath spray to continue fighting bacteria throughout the day.

• Do you offer discounts?

  5% discount on total grooming service when you book appointments for two or more dogs simultaneously at the same location. $10 discount if you pay in full with cash or check.

• What brands of products do you use?

  IvSanBernard, Hydra, iGroom, Crown Royale, Quadruped, Nature's Specialties, ShowSeason, and Les Pooch.

• Are there any additional fees?

  Cancellation fee of $60 per dog if cancelled 48 hours or less before appointment. Full service charge if cancelled same day. Full cost charged if more than 15 minutes late. $20 late fee if invoice not paid within 48 hours.

• What is your dematting policy?

  Dematting services available at $2 per minute, maximum 20 minutes. Each case evaluated individually, prioritizing head, face, ears, and tail. Severe matting may require short clip for humane experience.

• Why is teeth brushing and gland expression an additional charge?

  Gland expression is best performed by a veterinarian for internal results. Supple Paws focuses on external care while entrusting internal health services to veterinarians.

• Why is a quote provided for the service instead of a solidified price?

  Quotes based on in-person assessment. Pricing varies by time required, dog's size, coat length, behavior, and any matting or shedding. Adjustments clearly communicated prior to checkout.
