Frequently asked questions

• What happens if my dog has severe matting?

  Severe matting may require shaving to prevent pain or injury to your dog's skin. You will be notified before or during the groom, and a matted release form may be required.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  24+ hours notice: no fee. Less than 24 hours / before route starts: 50% fee. Same day once route started OR no-show: 100% fee. One cancellation fee may be waived for personal emergency or medical reason.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  Payment is due immediately after grooming service. Cash, card, or debit accepted.

• What is your refund policy?

  No refunds, but if unhappy, let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.

• Do you serve senior or special needs dogs?

  Yes. For senior dogs, disabled dogs, or dogs with anxiety or health concerns, necessary adjustments and suggestions will be made to ensure grooming is safe and comfortable.
