We love dogs! It is our passion to get your dog looking and feeling their absolute best. We asses your dog nose to tail to give them a completely personalized service all from the comfort of our state of the art mobile grooming van.

Frequently asked questions

• How long does the grooming process take?

  It all depends on the size, coat type, coat condition, style of cut, and temperament of your pup, however, generally smaller dogs take between 60 and 90 minutes and larger dogs can take over 2 hours to finish.

• When should I get my new puppy groomed?

  We recommend starting a puppy with grooming as soon as they finish their puppy vaccine series (usually at 3-4 months). It's ideal to schedule frequent appointments for the first 6 months so we can train and work with your dog on getting them used to grooming and make it a positive experience.

• Why does mobile grooming cost more than shop grooming?

  Mobile grooming is a luxury service that brings a private grooming salon to your home. We only work on one dog at a time and service a limited number of dogs per day. Mobile grooming is not a high-volume business, but rather a premium service designed to give your dog the most comfortable and stress-free grooming experience possible while being a convenient time-saver for you.

• Do I have to be home for my pet's appointment?

  Yes, you do need to be home for your dog's first appointment with us. We want to get to know you and your dog as well as have a consultation about the grooming. If you feel comfortable after a few appointments with us, you may inquire about our Key On File Service.

• Do you groom aggressive dogs?

  Dogs displaying severe aggresion will be turned away for the safety of both the dog and the groomer. If a dog is aggressive for specific services only (eg. nails, glands, ear plucking) we will discontinue that specific service. We do our best to work with dogs of all temperaments.
