Each appointment is one-on-one, distraction-free, and rooted in expert care, breed knowledge, and premium coat styling. • Bath + Fluff Two-step soothing wash + massage with top of the line shampoo, followed by deep rejuvenating conditioner. Warm, gentle fluff dry with full brushing. Includes nail clip, ears cleaned, hygiene trim as needed, and finishing mist & accessory.
• Bath + Tidy Everything in Bath + Fluff plus a face trim and paw pad rounding. Perfect when your pet needs refreshment without the full style cut.
• Full Signature Groom Full consultation to determine ideal style. Includes bath + fluff, tailored standard cut & finishing touches. Specialty styling like teddy bear cuts and asian fusion trims available with Stefanie or Charles.
• Hand Stripping/Carding Everything in Bath + Fluff plus a full strip. For wire-haired or rough coats. Skillful strip to maintain the coat's natural texture and integrity.
• Puppy Package Everything done with calm, positive energy. Hypoallergenic shampoo. Minimal, soothing trims only if puppy is ready. Designed to produce confident, serene first groomers.
• Nail Painting Signature color add-on service
• Nail Gems Signature color add-on service
• Air-brush/chalk (temporary) Signature color add-on service
• Semi-permanent color Signature color add-on service. Coloring must be booked in advance due to extra time needed.

Frequently asked questions

• What should I expect day of appointment?

  When scheduling, you will be given a time. Please allow a one hour time frame (ex. 11am appointment expect us anytime from 10:30-11:30) as we may be running ahead or behind on schedule. If you have any request such as parking in driveway, side of house etc. please let us know prior to arriving.

• What form of payment do you accept?

  We accept all major credit cards, apple pay and cash. We do not accept zelle, venmo or check. In the event you are not home, we can send an invoice to your cell via text to pay online.

• How much will it cost?

  Every dog is unique. Pricing reflects breed, size, coat condition, temperament, and the style you wish. As a premier mobile service, we don't rush. We don't overbook. We deliver one-on-one attention that salons simply cannot match.

• Do you need my water or electricity?

  Nope! Our state of the art electric solar battery operated van is equipped with it all so all we need is your pet!

• What if I am not home?

  We offer latch key service! If you are a new client we ask for you to be home the first visit.

• How Can I Get In Contact?

  Our business hours are Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm. Our phone line is open Monday from 10am-4pm. You can email us at [email protected] or text 914-291-3075. Please allow a few hours to get a response as we are constantly on the road or with a client.

• Can I stay and watch

  No. Besides liability and insurance purposes pets tend to get excited when their owner is present making it difficult and unsafe to groom.

• Do I have to commit to a schedule?

  Maintaining a grooming schedule is crucial for your pet's well-being and my ability to provide top-notch care at each appointment. Our schedule is full with clients who pre-book their appointments so we are not in a position to offer singular appointments. Bath clients must be on an 8 week or less schedule while haircut clients must stay on a six week or less schedule.

• What If I have to cancel?

  We understand emergencies and life in general happens and will take those events into consideration on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations day of will result in 100% charge of the service scheduled.

• Why should I choose your service?

  Unlike other mobile groomers who may take on multiple dogs in a single day, we limit the number of pets we groom. This allows us to dedicate more time and attention to each pet. We are not just passionate about pets; we are highly educated in our craft with extensive training and experience.

• When should my puppy get a haircut?

  We recommend your puppy to get services by at least twelve weeks. It is in your pets best interests to be exposed to grooming at an early age to develop good grooming manners. We do not offer haircuts for puppies first visit as this can be very overwhelming.
