Frequently asked questions

• How do I schedule an appointment?

Send us a text, email, message on Facebook, or fill out the form to schedule. Let us know your name, phone number, email, street address, your dog(s) breed and name(s), additional services, and time preferences. We'll contact you to get you on the schedule.

• What vaccinations are required?

We require records showing each pet has received Rabies, Bordatella, and DHPP vaccinations within the last 12 months, unless we receive a letter from your vet.

• How often should I schedule grooming appointments?

Appointments are often spaced out by 6-8 weeks. We have scheduled clients from every 3 weeks to twice a year. It all depends on personal preference and your dog's coat requirements.

• What is your cancellation policy?

More than 48 hours before appointment: 0% Owed. Between 48-24 hours: 50% Owed. Less than 24 hours: 100% Owed. We assess each instance individually to ensure seamless service.

• What are the benefits of mobile grooming?

Mobile grooming offers convenience by bringing the spa to you. Your dog avoids stressful car rides and waiting in kennels, receives one-on-one attention in a familiar environment, and benefits from no other dogs around.
