  Visit the Location page with a map of service area and link to enter your address. If outside area, contact us. If you have 4-6 dogs or can combine with neighbors/friends, we may arrange a special trip.

• Do you have insurance?

  Yes, we carry both liability insurance and car/trailer insurance to ensure safety and protection of your pet, equipment, and vehicles. Proof of insurance available upon request.

• I just got a puppy. How old should she be for her first grooming appointment?

  Schedule after she's received all vaccinations, typically around 16 weeks old. Reach out a month in advance to ensure appointment availability. We'll make her first experience positive and gentle.

• What are your prices?

  Prices vary by service, size, and breed. Visit booking page for pricing details. Prices may increase for dangerous behavior, complex trims, matting, or late fees.

• Can you handle fleas?

  No, flea infestations must be treated by licensed pest control professionals per NC regulations. Contact a licensed pest control service first, then we're happy to groom after resolution.

• How can I pay you?

  Payment due by end of service. Accept credit/debit card, cash, check, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Cash, and Tap Payments. Can keep card on file for future visits.

• Do I need to be home during the groom?

  Yes, unless mutually agreed upon latch-key arrangement. Not all dogs suitable for latch-key appointments, especially those with protective or fearful behaviors. Discuss beforehand.

• My pup is anxious. Can I stay while you groom?

  In most cases, dogs are more anxious with owners present. Insurance typically doesn't allow owners to stay. We send updates and photos throughout appointment.

• I'm hosting an event. Can you come to events?

  Yes, we can provide grooming services for dog birthday parties, community gatherings, or weddings. For weddings, we can be dedicated dog groomer with air-conditioned area for outdoor events.

• My dog's booty has been a little... smelly. Do you express anal glands?

  We don't routinely express anal glands. If you have vet note stating regular external expression is appropriate, we're happy to assist. Consult your vet for best care plan.

• How much room do you need to park?

  Require about 30 feet by 8 feet of flat space to park with room to safely turn around truck and trailer. Can park on low-speed streets with minimal traffic. Inability to access may result in no-show charge.
