We believe that grooming your dog should be a stress-free experience for both you and your furry friend. No more worrying about transporting your pet to a salon or dealing with long wait times—our fully equipped mobile units come directly to you, ensuring your dog enjoys a comfortable and convenient grooming experience.

Services

• Hydrobath A warm, fresh water hydrobath massages and cleans your pooch, using environmentally friendly products to help relieve skin problems and improve coat condition.
• Brushing Brushing before and after the bath gives your dog a healthy appearance by loosening buildup of grit or grime, and removing light matting and excess hair.
• Nail Clipping Your dog's feet remain in great shape with careful clipping. Included at no extra charge.
• Eye and Ear Cleaning Your dog's eyes and ears will be checked for infections and hygienically cleaned to remove any buildup.
• Aromatherapy Offering either a Lavender or Rosemary rinse. Lavender for calming benefits for younger dogs; Rosemary for uplifting benefits for older dogs.
• Blow Dry Your dog will receive a full blow dry using a hand-held warm air dryer. NO CAGE DRYING!
• Deodorize Special doggy deodorant and coat conditioner will leave your dog's coat looking healthy and shiny.
• Special Doggy Treat At the end, we'll reward your dog with a special treat that also helps to clean their teeth.

• My dog is shedding, what will help?

  Regular washing with The Pooch Mobile will help reduce shedding.

• Do I see the same groomer at each appointment?

  Yes, The Pooch Mobile has operators assigned to each area.

• Do I need to show proof of my dog's vaccinations prior to the appointment?

  No, proof of vaccinations is not required by The Pooch Mobile.

• What is a hydrobath?

  A hydrobath is a veterinarian-approved dog-washing tub, which is the very best dog-washing system.

• Do you trim the dog's nails?

  Yes, nail clipping is included in the service at no extra charge.

• Do you brush the dog's teeth?

  No, teeth cleaning is not part of The Pooch Mobile service. Dogs' teeth should be cleaned as often as our own; therefore, only brushing dogs' teeth every 2 – 6 weeks will have very little benefit.

• Do you have a travel charge to come to my home?

  No, The Pooch Mobile NEVER charges for traveling to the customer's home.

• Is the hydrobath and equipment sanitized between dogs?

  Yes, Pooch Mobile operators sanitize between each dog washed.

• Is my dog returned to me dry?

  Yes, full blow dry is included in The Pooch Mobile service.

• Do you use a cage dryer?

  No. The Pooch Mobile only uses hand-held warm-air blow dryers.

• Do you have a cancellation policy?

  Yes. We ask that you give 48 hours notice in the event you need to cancel your appointment so that operators can reallocate your appointment time to another client.
