• How often should my dog be groomed?

  Typically six to eight weeks. Regular visits can help reduce skin allergies and rehydrate the skin. You may pre-book your next appointment when you pick up your dog.

• How can I prevent my dog from getting matted?

  Routine brushing is very important for long haired dogs. Teasing with a slicker brush and then going over with a bristle brush is often enough to remove mats.

• My dog is matted. Will his/her hair have to be cut very short?

  We will do our best to keep the hair as close as possible to the desired length. If mats are tight, the safest and most comfortable option is to cut the hair short.

• How often should I brush my dog?

  Short haired dogs can be brushed weekly. Long haired dogs require brushing daily to prevent tangles and matting.

• How long does the grooming process take?

  No exact answer due to many factors (size, coat type, cut type, cooperation level, last grooming time). Safe estimate is around 2 hours. Call for more accurate estimate.
