About

Laura Muscente began working with dogs in 1971 as a breeder and exhibitor of Yorkshire Terriers. During the 1990s she was co-owner of Global K-9 Training Center in Wallkill, NY, with 10 years of training, handling, breeding, and grooming police dogs. She apprenticed with professional AKC Handler Fran Wasserman. The opportunity to purchase Roaming Rover was a dream come true, allowing her to work with many dog breeds and owners daily.
