Frequently asked questions

• What areas do you serve?

Based in Oakland and provide mobile grooming services across all Bay Area cities, including San Francisco, Berkeley, Alameda, San Leandro, Fremont, Walnut Creek, San Mateo, San Jose and more.

• What types of pets do you groom?

We provide grooming services for both dogs and cats. Wash, Grooming, and VIP Packages are available for dogs, while cats can be booked for basic bathing and dematting services.

• Do I need to provide anything for the grooming session?

No. Our vans are completely self-contained—we bring our own water, power, tools, and pet-safe products. All we need is access to your pet and a safe space to park.

• What safety measures do you follow?

We clean and sanitize all tools and surfaces after each appointment. Groomers are trained in safe handling, first aid awareness, and pet behavior. We check for signs of irritation or health issues.

• Do I have to be home during the appointment?

We recommend being home for the first appointment. For returning clients, if your pet is accessible (with a key, code, or gate access), you don't need to be present—we'll text you when finished.
